Approvals to include EIR, Zone Change, Planned Development Overlay and Tentative Tract Map are expected in April 2013. Coyne Development is negotiating equity stack to develop 325 apartments and is under a sales contract to sell the 49 lots.

- Tampa Plaza- 28 acre retail development in Northridge, CA- Coyne Development was selected by Los Angeles Superior Court Receiver to complete a 300,000 square foot retail redevelopment in Northridge. Coyne Development sorted and cleared more than 150 liens and lawsuits, completed tenant spaces for 24 Hour Fitness, Fresh & Easy Market, Total Wine & More, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sonoma Coffee, Sarku Japan, Nummy Nums Yogurt as well as a parking structure, site work and miscellaneous capital improvements. Property sold in October 2013 after completion.
- Actively pursuing real estate development acquisitions for:
- 14.3 acre mixed-use development of 265,000 square feet in Los Angeles County, CA.
- 38 acre mixed-use assemblage for retail and apartments in Costa Mesa, CA.
